Walter Peña

Walter Peña specializes in a broad spectrum of complex litigation and dispute resolution, including commercial lease actions (unlawful detainer, breach of lease, breach of guaranty, etc.), labor and employment lawsuits, and construction and engineering disputes. He has represented private companies and public agencies in a range of matters involving California and federal law, including wage and hour and independent contractor misclassification lawsuits, and in connection with major building programs and engineering procurements.
Mr. Peña was admitted to the California bar in 2006. Prior to joining Bewley, Lassleben & Miller, LLP Mr. Peña was a senior attorney in the Orange County office of Theodora Oringher PC. Prior to that, Mr. Peña was an associate attorney with the international law firm Jones Day.
